I had been thinking a lot like anyone else out there about : how to get more done in less time!
Over a period of time I realized it's is possible only with TEAM WORK, and it is leader's responsibility to put the TEAM together. Leader has to build TRUST before he can inspire people around.
I have been doing following now a days and I truly believe it works :
- Get good at your Work and finish it fast :)
- Use rest of your time to HELP your TEAM to finish their Work
It will keep your back straight and help you increase your self-image and help you experience more, do more and most important you will EARN trust of your people and INSPIRE them together!
So, gang get good at it! And Serve everyone around!
