Reflections

Manier times in life, I have done "Reflections" over past activities. But so far, it was forced! when you are not getting results, when you are out of the growth zone and pattern.
Now, the change has been to reflect at every possible occasion and see, if you can do it better, if can behave better, if you can demonstrate courage better!
Life is an ECHO. What we send out, comes back. Reflection is only known tool which can give us feeback about what is being sent out every moment.

Sometimes, it might happen that you are reflecting but still getting into the loop and there is too much of noise inside the mind. It is normal! What i will suggest is following:
1. Read a book which can invoke purpose in your life "The Magic of Thinking BIG"
2. Write down your biggest fears and admit them.
3. Write down your dreams and why you want them.
I know, your dreams are bigger than your fears. At any cost, Success is always far greater than failure.
4. Write down activities, where you are good at!
5. Write down activities, where you need to be good at to fulfill your dreams.
6. Set you PRIME TIME, where you FOCUS on activities written in above two points.

JUST DO IT!
