Visualization

It has been known as one of the most powerful techniques which can make you or brake you! It is proven method of "getting things done" used by top performers, athletes, businessmen etc. But before you go on with this you got to calm your mind.

You got to make your mind still keeping your whole body relaxed and connected to your BEING. Just enjoy the moment and let your body feel it and do it whatever it wants.

Off-course detachment from outer world is not the GOAL but detachment of your own self which is PERFECT from your thoughts/actions (which may be imperfect) is the IDEA.

Whenever you know that you have all it takes and you still not firing all the cylinders (giving your 100%), check your confidence level (it might be more than 100% ;)) and check how much importance you give to that GOAL or action.

Give meaning to every FEELING your body get in touch with.

 
 

Visualization can be one great technique for you to practice the above line again and again. One day you will be able to do that and very soon it will get reflected in real world given you meaning what YOU have CHOSEN for yourself.
